Chaudhry Zafar Iqbal Dhamiyal - Director/Chairman

Chaudhry Zafar Iqbal Dhamiyal is Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kashmir Development Foundation. He has over 40 years of experience, knowledge and skills in the field of community social services and development. He served in AJK Department of Education as a Senior Teacher and is now retired. He played an important role in the establishment and sustainability of Kashmir Development Foundation.


Sardar Aftab A. Khan - Director/Chief Executive 

Sardar Aftab Ahmad Khan is Director / Chief Executive of Kashmir Development Foundation. He has over 25 years of experience in community development, strategic planning, leadership and networking at local, national and international level. His expertise has expertise in Public Policy Advocacy, Equality Impact Assessment, Leadership and Management Training, Project management, and Community and Voluntary Sector Development. He served in Bio-Tech International, Islamabad as Bio Medical Engineering Consultant (1997-2006) in the field of hospital equipment automation system, Project management and Training. He has a degree in Engineering from Azad Jammu Kashmir University, Level 7 Diploma in Leadership and Management from Institute of Leadership and Management, United Kingdom, Post graduate certificate in Equality and Diversity Management from University of Central Lancashire, U.K, and Master’s degree in Voluntary and Thirds Sector Management from Edge Hill University, UK. He has represented Kashmiri youth at the 1999 UN International Conference of NGOs, Seoul, Korea, and in the United Nations General Assembly, Millennium Forum 2000 and at the annual United Nations NGO/DPI conferences in 2001 and 2002, New York as well as at World Economic Forum 2001.


Asrar Ahmed Khan - Director/ General Administration 

Asrar Ahmed Khan is Director/ General Administration of Kashmir Development Foundation. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from the Punjab University. He is CEO at Chinar Property Service and has business skills and expertise in Planning, Construction Management, Protection, Sales and Marketing. He has an extensive experience in Departmental Store business as well.


Khalid Pervaiz Butt - Director/ Finance  

Khalid Pervaiz Butt is Director/ Finance of Kashmir Development Foundation. He has extensive experience in community service work by assisting individuals and families through emotional support advocacy and guidance in developing and using their own potential to more adequately meet their social, health, emotional and economic needs. He is also a civil engineer design and construction consultant and is proprietor of Khalid & Hassan Associates, Bhimber, Azad Kashmir.


Sata Ul Qamar - Company Secretary 

Sata Ul Qamar is Company Secretary in Kashmir Development Foundation. His commitment, patience, flexibility, problem solving and analytical skills made him an effective social worker and customer service representative. He served in Kashmir Youth Movement as Vice Chairman and played an important role in Career Planning and Education. He has a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Punjab University and has a long experience in the field of Mathematics tutoring as well.
